Siemens Building Technologies
I have worked with Chad for the last several years to develop energy savings solutions for our client’s, he has always been very professional, knowledgeable and prompt in his dealings with Siemens and our energy group. When challenged with hurdles he was always positive and proactive to help us satisfy the needs of our client’s. I worked directly with him on several projects and I can promise he was there and available from cradle to grave, he did not disappear after the sale, this is a very valuable attribute to Siemens, it’s client’s and subcontractors to have somebody with his expertise to answer questions and provide solutions on a timely basis and keep our projects moving forward. On two projects alone we are able to provide over three quarters of a million dollars in annual energy savings with his input and product offering.

St. John Providence Health System
...St. John Hospital and Medical Facility, an 800 bed hospital in Detroit, Michigan, started a boiler project... Mr. Forester guided the project through the challenging installation and commissioning phases and ensured that the hospital had a highly reliable and efficient power plant to serve its patients and staff. His technical knowledge and ability to quickly resolve any issues were most appreciated and a factor in the good relationship we maintained. Based on these positive experiences, I would recommend Mr. Forester elsewhere and invite any inquiries...

University of Detroit Mercy
In my tenure as Chief Engineer, my responsibility included equipment selection as well as the installation and maintenance of the HVAC steam production and plumbing systems. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Chad Forester as University of Detroit Mercy was evaluating solutions for a more efficient system to replace two 300 horse powered boilers. Mr. Forester's input was very critical for the proper selection and installation of the new efficient steam generators. With his help we were able to demolish the existing boilers and install two new 500 horse powered steam generators without interrupting the steam service. The smooth transition of the steam service and the installation of the new units are attributed to the expertise of Mr. Chad Forester and his attention to detail and professionalism. With Chad's work ethic and no nonsense approach the project exceeded our expectations.
